JLD/JHD Series clean pumps
The JL/JH Series clean pumps are developed for foodstuff processing, pharmaceutical production and semiconductor parts cleaning industries. The wet components are made of forged stainless steel material and are precision machined and precision polished. According to application requirements, the wet parts can also be supplemented with special surface treatment of electrolytic polishing and PTFE surface coating to prevent the overflow of metal ions and meet the requirements of ultra- pure liquid delivery.
CHARACTORISTICS:
● Simple structure with no hygiene blind spots
With simple structure the pump design completely eliminates the sanitary dead Angle, and avoids the space for microbial breeding and reproduction;
●Thorough surface treatment
Liquid parts precision machining, supplemented by special grinding and surface treatment, can reach the use of ultra-pure requirements;
● Long-term stability
The only rotating component is the impeller, and there is no metal friction inside the pump, which not only ensures long-term stability and service life, but also greatly saves maintenance costs;
●Excellent heat resistance and durability
The components of the pump are made of 316L stainless steel and the mechanical seals are made of silicon carbide and heat-resistant PTFE material, which can withstand high temperature liquids above 100 DC;
● Prevent the occurrence of micro-particles (fine impure)
Adopting external mechanical seals and supplemented by mechanical seal flushing device, impurities smaller than 0.5 microns can be limited within one diaphragms
