IV Series Inner Vortex Pump
NIKUNI inner vortex pump is suitable for conveying liquid with high solid content (~50%), high gas content (~50%), high viscosity (~100000 cp), high abrasiveness that conventional industrial pumps find hard to handle. It is also suitable for complicated working conditions requiring low NPSHr or smooth transportation of liquid without causing damages to materials in it.
- The unique impeller structure prevents it from being affected by radial and axial loads. The liquid protective layer formed by the conveyed liquid on the impeller surface can buffer the impact and erosion of the conveyed material on the impeller, ensuring extended service life.
- The clearance between the impeller blades can be adjusted according to the physical characteristics of the transported material (such as solid particle size, solid to liquid ratio, liquid viscosity characteristics, gas content characteristics, etc.) to minimize the shear and collision of the transported material, avoid solid-liquid separation and meet various pumping needs.
- As it is not necessary to fix mouth rings in the pump suction port and impeller, assembly and maintenance of the pump becomes easy. It is capable of handling high-temperature liquids and works with less failure and lower maintenance costs.
- With heavy duty shaft and central support, it is also available with API design specifications and corresponding mechanical seals and relative protection measures, flange connection arrangements against specific working conditions.
- Suitable for petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries and agricultural product processing, paper pulp and municipal sewage treatment applications.
