HY Series diaphragm pump
This pump adopts a crankshaft driven piston structure design, which is sturdy, durable, stable in performance, easy to maintain and has a long service life.
The product design conforms to the relevant standards of GBT9234-2008 Motor Driven Reciprocating Pump, GBT9802-1999 Three cylinder Column and Piston Pump for spray Machines and Cleaning Machines, and American API 674 Fixed Displacement Pumps- Reciprocating.
CHARACTORISTICS:
●The piston structure is simple, the plunger spring has good elasticity and strength, low fracture failure rate and the overall service life of the piston is extended;
●The friction part of the piston chamber and connecting rod adopts wear-resistant bushings with good wear resistance, which minimize the metal particles generated by the reciprocating friction of the pistons, reduce the pollution of lubricating oil and extend their service life. At the same time, the wear-resistant bushings can be replaced according to the wear condition, greatly reducing the cost of use and maintenance;
●The valve assembly kit is easy to disassemble and can be easily replaced without disassembling the pump head.
● SUS316L pump head and wear-resistant stainless steel valve components;
●FKM diaphragms and sealing ring, other materials of membrane and sealing ring can be selected according to the operating conditions;
●An auxiliary cooling system can be customized against high-temperature liquid delivery requirements.
APPLICATIONS:
Suitable for transporting pure liquids, oil, alcohols, solvents, chemical liquids, chemical waste, corrosive or abrasive slurries, liquefied gases, high viscosity liquids, paints, liquids containing fine particles, etc.
