CTW Series centrifugal process pump
The CTW series centrifugal pump is a heavy duty Petro-chemical pump whose design conforms to API 610 as well as GB5656 and ISO13709 standards. It is a horizontal pump of single stage, single suction with radially split volute casing available with close, semi-open or open impeller. Of the two available grades, Grade I is available with feet support and Grade II is available with center line supports. According to application requirements, the pump can be equipped with either gland packing seals or mechanical seals such as single face seal or random seal, double face seal or cartridge seal with or without auxiliary cooling, flushing or sealing protection plans. The pump is highly reliable in performance, easy to maintain and is widely used in petrochemical industries.
This series of products are designed in accordance with API610, GB5656, ISO13709 design specifications.

APPLICATIONS:
Mainly used in refineries, petrochemical industry, coal processing industry and low-temperature engineering, power plant, metallurgy, medicine, food, paper, pulp industry, seawater desalination, ships and marine engineering to transport clean or particle containing, low-temperature or high-temperature, medium or corrosive liquids.
Suitable for transporting inorganic and organic acids such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid at various temperatures and concentrations; Alkaline solutions such as sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate at various temperatures and concentrations; Various liquid petrochemical products, organic compounds and other corrosive liquids.
