CHARACTERISTICS:
CTS series centrifugal pump is a new sanitary product developed to meet the needs of food and beverage machinery and pharmaceutical equipment.
This series of products are designed according to the domestic and international standards of food and pharmaceutical related industries, and the whole production process is strictly in accordance with the above standards for material selection and acceptance, processing and surface treatment, assembly and performance testing. The actual performance and operating stability of the product are equal to or better than similar products at home and abroad.

This series of products can not only correspond to low and medium viscosity liquids, but also correspond to suspended substances or corrosive liquids, suitable for conveying medical liquids, dairy products, beverages, beer, food additives, cosmetics, biological agents, fine chemical liquids and so on.

CHARACTORISTICS:
● The pump body and impeller adopt innovative design to optimize the flow characteristics of the liquid in the pump and improve the overall performance of the pump;

● Strictly in accordance with the hygiene level product specification design, completely eliminate health dead corners, can be CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization;

● The flow surface adopts fine polishing and degreasing treatment, which meets the acceptance standards of food grade and pharmaceutical grade;

● Food grade rubber sealing material, mechanical seal can be configured according to the actual needs of the internal, external, double machine sealing structure, sealing spring does not contact liquid;

● Self-locking impeller nut is adopted to avoid the impeller falling off accident caused by frequent starting;

● The flow parts are made of SUS316L material, which is suitable for most liquid conveying needs.

●1.5kW and 2.2kW power pumps use Nicconi's self-made stainless steel motor, and other power pumps use IEC high-efficiency three-level motors (you can also use high-efficiency three-level or different explosion-proof grade motors according to user needs and use stainless steel shell protection to facilitate overall washing).

● The motor is mounted on a bracket with adjustable anchor bolts.
