DSC/DDC double action liquid ring compressor
NIKUNI double action liquid ring compressor adopts a cylindrical gas distributor with two sets of suction and exhaust ports equally arranged on the distributor. The compressor impeller rotates around the gas distributor once and the gas is sucked in and discharged twice. The compressor rotor is concentric with the shell, which is elliptical in shape and does not generate radial force during the suction and exhaust process. This product adopts a cantilever structure that features simple structure, fewer components, fewer sealing surfaces, simple maintenance and ensures long service life.
The DSC one stage medium pressure compressor and DDC two stage high pressure compressor can meet different output pressure requirements. We can provide technical solution proposals or tailor make gas compression packages according to customer specific conditions.
CHARACTORISTICS:
●Double action structure not only facilitates balanced radial forces on to the rotor shaft, but also brings about higher compression efficiency, lower vibration, lower noise and lower chamber temperature.
●Conical gas distributor plus our unique rotor hydraulic balancing technology prevents metal contact inside the compressor, ensuring reliable trouble free performance as well as long field life.
●The overhung rotor structure requires only one shaft seal and minimum static sealing gaskets, minimizing leaks, system disorders and assuring easy assembly and easy maintenance.
●The rotor can be installed and pulled out horizontally and the clearances is easy to adjust, making it convenient for assembly and on-site maintenance;
● The suction and exhaust mechanism does not need to use the valve ball or valve plate loss parts, can be maintained for a long time and low cost operation;
●Built with simple design and robust construction it is compatible to heavy duty gas process requirement.
●Engineered to gas feeding capacity of maximum 2500 M3/Hr with pressure range of 4 -12 bars.
●Can be order-made with different corrosion proof materials and compatible to different ring liquids.
Product applicability:
Explosive, corrosive, toxic and thermal sensitive gases, condensable gases，gases easily polymerize at high temperature，oil free gases or wet gases.
Adapt to processes of flare gas/exhaust gas recovery, Chlorine compression, VCM monomer recovery, solvent recovery, ozone gas compression, H2S circulation gas compression and liquefied gas feeding, etc.
