LV Series liquid ring vacuum pump
The LV series is a single-stage single action liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor with simple structure and reliable operation performance. It is suitable for extracting or compressing flammable and explosive gases and working in various flammable and explosive environments.
This series of products comes in two versions: motor shaft coaxial version or bracket and motor connected version which is suitable for various motors. The maximum suction capacity of a single unit can reach 500m3/h.
CHARACTORISTICS:
● The working process is approximately an isothermal compression process, suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, and high-temperature easily decomposable gases;
●Not sensitive to thermal loads and small particles in gases;
●The effect is better when removing condensable gases;
● Different working fluids can be selected according to the characteristics of the conveying medium;
● Can be formed into a closed cycle unit to meet special process requirements;
● Can also be combined with atmospheric jet pump, Roots vacuum pump, etc., to achieve a higher vacuum degree.
