UPD Series stainless steel pump with self-priming ability
The UPD Series stainless steel pump has high self-priming function (8 meters) and is suitable for transporting clean water, pure water, light oil, solvents, chemical liquids, corrosive liquids, etc. It is also suitable for industrial equipment such as pure water production equipment, industrial cleaning equipment, filtration equipment, chemical liquid transportation equipment, gas-liquid mixing equipment, etc.
CHARACTORISTICS:
●Wet components are made of stainless steel material and the mechanical seal is made of silicon carbide x silicon carbide x FFKM material;
●Precision machined and assembled to ensure overall accuracy without metal contact inside the pump, it works with stable performance and long service life.
●Coaxial to 4-pole motor to achieve low noise;
●Air separation & exhaust mechanism ensures high self-priming (8 meters) capability;
●With excellent liquid & liquid mixing and blending function, polymer compounds can be uniformly mixed with other liquids, that proves to be a difficult job for normal mixers;
●With excellent liquid & gas mixing function, it can simultaneously absorb water and air and perform pressurized mixing inside the pump. It is widely used in the water treatment industry for ozone water production, oxygen rich water production and wastewater dissolved air flotation processes.
Note: The UPR series is optional with different grades of explosion-proof motors.
